  Jamie D Customer Consultant Jamie (yes, another Jamie! We call her Jamie D.) was a groomer before coming to Dexter's. Her calm demeanor is so helpful for nervous pets visiting the store. She has her own gang at home, dogs Sage and Myrrh, and cat Kinky.	Josh Customer Consultant / Delivery Driver Many of you know Josh as our Delivery Driver zooming around San Diego in the white Scion Dexter-Mobile.  Josh is originally from Minnesota.  He is a film school graduate and has worked in films and commercials.  Josh has a knack for great customer service and we love having him as part of the Dexter’s Team. Josh is owned by an orange Maine Coon Cat mix named Jack.	Chris Manager of Carlsbad Chris is a fairly new member of the Dexter Family. Born in Chicago, he has lived everywhere from Washington DC & Hawaii, to Alaska & Arizona. Chris is recently married and happily living in Vista with their Border Collie mix, Bogart.  Chris was, until recently, a long time employee of Encinitas' Lou's Records, and has been enjoying the switch to one of his great interests, pet nutrition and holistic care.
  Margarat Education Manager Margarat has an extensive history of working with dogs, and has combined her knowledge of breeds and behavior with continuing studies in holistic care. Margarat has her own K9 wellness care business, The Art of Dog, offering acupressure, reiki, and other complimentary care services. She holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from UCSD, and gets away every year to a family camp in the woods of New Hampshire.	Nicole Customer Consultant Nicole’s experience with animal training and health is extensive. Besides owning a horse, she also has 3 German Shepherds and a Dutch Shepherd who are trained in a variety of professional-level protection and detection skills. Besides the expertise in natural food and remedies that she brings to Dexter’s, Nicole also works with her dogs professionally. Her family has now expanded to include its newest member, Nicole’s own baby boy.

  Stephanie Customer Consultant Stephanie is the creative spirit of our Del Mar store. An avid hiker with her dog Bella and her husband, she loves spending time outdoors.	Jamie Customer Consultant Our newest Jamie (we have three!) is our "Johnny on the spot" in Del Mar, always ready to lend a hand or answer a question. He has a pack of Chihuahuas at home so watch out!	Owen Customer Consultant Owen, originally from Florida, is our resident surfer.  Always ready to lend a helping hand to our customers, and a helping of treats to their dogs. His dog Butter is back in Florida with Owen's mom, and he misses her a lot (can't you tell from the photo?)
  Reni Customer Consultant Reni graduated from Ohio State University and went on to work in many different fields, but she has always come back to her real passion; animals.  Reni has had her own local pet-sitting and dog day care businesses and anyone who meets her here at Dexter's can tell immediately that she has a real love for our four-legged customers.  She and her husband share their home with Katie, a now 3-year-old German Shepherd, adopted from Westside German Shepherd Rescue of ...	Heather Office Manager Heather recently joined the Dexter’s team as an assistant to Dexter (and to Tori).  She’s new to California, being a native Oregonian, and is enjoying the sunny Southern California weather.  Heather comes to work most days with her dog, Max, and he has become quite the “store dog”.  Heather and Max can be found most days hard at work in the back room.  Stop in and say “Hi!”  They don’t get very many visitors back there.	Paige Manager of Del Mar Paige is an avid animal lover and has always had an interest in natural health for people.  She has her B.A. in Holistic Healing through Mind & Body from San Francisco State University.  She continues to keep herself educated about natural health by taking classes whenever she can.  Many of you know Paige for her excellent customer service and knowledge of natural health for pets.  Paige shares her home with Jack, a handsome orange cat .
  Christine Accountant Christine has been the bookkeeper for Dexter's Deli since 1998.  She enjoys bringing her shih tzu brothers, Kona & Hula, to the office with her.  She lives downtown and in the morning she puts the boys' seatbelt halters on, straps them in, and away they go for a fun day at Dexter's!  It's a great place to work!!	Dexter The store mascot and “true” owner of Dexter’s Deli. Dexter is a 16 year old rescued Boston Terrier Mix.  He is originally from the shelter in St. Louis, Missouri were he was returned twice before finding his way into our hearts in 1994.  Dexter loves coming to both stores and doing an inventory of all of the delicious biscuits.  Although Dexter has slowed down a bit, he is still healthy, active and vibrant in his senior years.  He has always eaten a healthy homemade raw fresh food diet and has been an avid trial runner and cat chaser all of his life.	Tori Rosay Tori Rosay - Owner of Dexter’s Deli Originally from Orange County, California, Tori moved to Del Mar from St. Louis, Missouri in 1996 to open a natural pet store. "I immediately fell in love with this dog-friendly town where there were dogs on every corner," she says. Dexter’s Deli was the very first store in San Diego to sell natural foods for pets and has since helped pioneer the health food movement for pets in San Diego. She has been feeding her own pets a fresh raw food diet for 15 years and has a background in nutrition. Along with owning Dexter's Deli, Tori has a second full-time job at home with 2 young children. Tori's family, home and work has always been to follow a holistic lifestyle.

  Lisa Customer Consultant Don't let Lisa's youth fool you, she's savvy about natural health care for your pet.	Jennifer Customer Consultant Jennifer has been feeding her pets raw food for several years, and you'll feel her enthusiasm for fresh food when you talk with her.	Annie Store Greeter 10 year old Yorkshire Terrier Annie has been Jamie Lee's greatest teacher. She's an experienced barn dog, and is easily recognized with her distinctive haircut and confident personality.
  Jamie Lee Customer Consultant Originally from Oklahoma City, Jamie has an amazing array of experience:  a fitness competitor & trainer, an equestrian competitor with her 9 year old thoroughbred, a home-care provider for people and their pets, and grandmother. Her 10 year old Yorkshire Terrier Annie has been her greatest teacher (and is a great greeter at Dexter’s), and she loves to help our customers with her knowledge of nutrition and behavior.
